- The CDC National Prevention Information Network - 11/05/2010
The CDC National Prevention Information Network (NPIN) is the U.S. reference and referral service for information on HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), and tuberculosis (TB). NPIN collects, catalogs, processes, and electronically disseminates materials and information on HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, STDs, and TB to organizations and people working in those disease fields in international, national, state, and local settings.
- Survivorship A-Z - 11/05/2010
Survivorship A to Z is an independent not-for-profit corporation consisting of a small but dedicated staff, volunteer experts, volunteers living after a cancer diganosis, patient advocates and caregivers.
- Project Inform - 11/05/2010
Project Inform was founded in 1985 to promote the ideas that people with HIV/AIDS should be thoroughly empowered and educated in order to make sound decisions about their health care, and be actively consulted in the process of developing therapies for HIV infection. We have been staffed by independent advocates whose expertise, high quality work and integrity have earned the respect of government, industry and academic leaders. We have built principled and cooperative relationships with these institutions to address the greatest scientific and public policy challenges in the epidemic.
- The AIDS Institute - (TAI) The AIDS Institute is a national nonprofit organization that promotes action for social change through public policy research, advocacy and community education.
- Hunters Nightclub - We wish to express our gratitude for the benefit hosted on Saturday, December 11th 2004. Thanks to their generosity, Open Door Clinic received $2,500.00 for this event.
- Community Alliance & Action Network - We provide programming, support and outreach services for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning community. Our Mission is to build community and personal alliances to alleviate the effects of discrimination due to sexual orientation and/or gender identification.

- Kane County Guide to Community Services - CommunityPoint is a comprehensive guide to the community resources in your local area. It includes an overview of social services, how to obtain community services, and some examples of major service providers in each area. A Service Index is provided classified according to service specializations. Agency profiles include address, phone numbers, web, and email addresses, hours, disability access, fees, eligibility requirements, and service descriptions.
